Message	i can assure you of that. did you install any software that your ISP 'requires' ? mostly those bars come from ISP software that they 'require' (you really dont need their software...it just adds fluff to your system..like that bar) ...to remove it you can right click on that bar and choose customize or uncheck the bar in question. to completely remove it from your system..you will need to uninstall any software that you might have installed from your ISP (but i dont recommend that) ...if you didnt install any software from your ISP..then think back on if you allowed any customization apps from other websites. stuff like that. thats not from MS..and is not a part of XP. btw, who is 'alliance' ? your ISP...cause your IE browser has been changed from the 'stock' form. see at the very top where it says "brought to you by alliance" ..thats something alliance put in IE ..
